| Description: A software product company that develops advanced search tools and technology that exponentially reduce the time needed to discern relevant information from unstructured data is looking to high skilled and talented Java Developers. You will be applying your strong Java and problem solving skills to the development of this complex distributed software product for the commercial marketplace. This Engineer will develop and test software modules using designs provided by senior engineering staff. She or he will also work directly with customers to prototype new software applications, and integrate the products into customer environments. This individual must be able to work on multiple tasks and assume different roles while assisting other team members to help make our projects and company a success. The overall team goal is to develop high-quality software using a disciplined, streamlined approach.

Requirements: The right person will be flexible, possess good communication skills, and excel in all aspects of the full life-cycle development process. This individual must be a self-starter who can work independently as well as take direction in dynamic team environments.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's in Computer Science with 2+ years of practical software implementation experience is preferred
- 4+ years of experience with Java, JSP, XML, and JDBC
- Experience with the following is beneficial: Ajax, .NET, Web services, XFire, JavaScript, Hibernate, Spring, DBMS, messaging systems, JMS, MVC, Swing, and Linux/Windows software development
